Big Bird Vol. 4 features 6 different multi-engined WWII and Viet Nam era aircraft. In 1/144 scale, these are good size, and include display stands. Hard to find, long out of production series! Models in this set are 2 each of the Kawanishi Emily Flying boat, Heinkel HE177 Bomber, and Douglas Dakota, including the Viet Nam Era Spooky Guship AC47D. The detail and paintwork on these is incredible, they are not toys! Some simple snap-together assembly and decal application is required. The planes in this series are some of the largest models issued to date. This one is a Kawanishi Emily Type 2 Flying boat, identified as #1B in the factory picture. F-Toys and CafeReo are limited edition, short run small scale collectibles. Once that issue has sold out, that's all they make- they are not issued again, and their price on the collector's market usually increases. Each is issued in a series, with some cases (about one out of 4) including what they call in Japan a "Secret" item-this means the box is not marked, and what's inside is not one of the currently listed series featured items. We open each box to check what is included so that you do not wind up with duplicates in your collection. Your collectible is shipped from right here in the U.S.A, safely and quickly.
